RETURNS:
You have 20 days from our invoice date to return a product, provided it is
new, unused, and in the original factory packaging. Please call (912) 354-7744
during regular business hours for a "Return Authorization Number" so we can
expedite your credit, refund or replacement. Be sure to overpack your return,
taking care not to deface the original factory packaging. Cost of any milling
or unreturned components will be deducted from your credit and we reserve the
right to fully examine and test returned items to insure they meet all
criteria to insure you the proper credit.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an "RA" number on the outside of the
package and we cannot refund return shipping charges. Please note software,
and special orders are not returnable, unless
defective and then only for replacement.
